Workflow before the exam

• Lecturers have to define their availability in E-doz
• The Prüfungsplanstelle will create the schedule of oral examinations
• Teaching coordinator assigns a person to protocol the oral examinations (sometimes Hiwis and sometimes teaching assistants)
• Teaching coordinator books a room for the oral examinations
• Teaching coordinator prepares and distributes the protocol documents

Workflow during the exam

• The lecturer will guide through the examination
• The person in charge of the protocol will note down all the important statements mentioned by the students
• No need to write every word but more the overall meaning of all the statements

Workflow after the exam

• Send the filled out protocol to the teaching coordinator
